Whistleblowing
The implementation of the Whistleblowing System (WBS) reflects Lemonilo’s commitment to enhancing corporate governance. The WBS serves as a communication platform for both internal and external parties to report any violations occurring within the company. All reports must be submitted in good faith and without the intent to discredit any specific party.
Types of violations of company regulations or violations of the law that are committed include but not limited to:
- Fraud: Deliberate acts of misconduct committed to get personal gain, either directly or indirectly.
- Conflict of Interest: A situation where an individual has a personal interest that can affect in decision-making related to their position within the company.
- Code of Conduct: Violation of code of conduct and ethics (Code of Conduct Policy).
- Regulatory Breach: Violation of regulations and laws in Indonesia.
Reports must at least explain the parties involved (who), time of the incident (when), place of the incident (where), what happened (what), and how it happened (how). We will process complaints if they meet the requirements and criteria. The reporter can provide personal identification information or remain anonymous. We guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter’s personal data.
